Description:
For this test you need the straps. With your legs apart so that your feet are under your hips, you lean forward gently with your back straight. Your head is in line with your spine and you look ahead. With your arms slightly above your knees take hold of the upper end of EMLA. The strap under your feet is tight. In this position you pull with maximal force for 5 seconds.
