The upper body is leaning forward slightly. Your upper arms are held against your body. Your hand holds the upper handle of EMLA. In this starting position your lower arm is at an angle of 90 degrees to your upper arm. Your wrist is fixed and forms a line with your lower arm. Out of this position you apply maximal force for about 5 seconds.
